Lesa Henry is a Gospel recording artist and licensed mental health advocate whose work is grounded in faith, compassion, and lived experience, serving as a voice for healing through worship and faith-based encouragement.
Through both music and clinical practice, she ministers to the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—using worship as a pathway to healing and restoration.
For over 15 years, Lesa has served as a worship leader, creating spaces where people can encounter God and experience renewal.
Her journey into mental health advocacy is deeply personal. As a daughter, she witnessed her mother’s battle with depression and borderline personality disorder. Later, as a wife and mother, her perspective deepened when her youngest son was diagnosed with autism.
These experiences shaped her calling.
Today, Lesa serves as a Community-Based Clinician, supporting individuals with severe mental illness, while continuing to use her voice to uplift, encourage, and inspire.
In Fall 2025, she released “I Am a Winner: Remix,” a powerful collaboration with Grammy-nominated producer Roger Ryan of Aftertouch Music—an anthem of faith, resilience, and victory.
With new music on the way, including “Let Him Hear” in April, “Love You,” in May and an EP in the Fall, Lesa continues to expand her message through song and ministry.
Her mission is simple: to heal through harmony and inspire through hope.
