Lesa Henry Gospel Arist & Mental Health Advocate

Music that heals. Worship that restores.
Lesa Henry’s music lives at the intersection of worship and wellness, carrying a message of healing, hope, and restoration to people in every season of life. Each song is a declaration of faith and victory—created to uplift the heart and remind listeners they are never alone. Through both music and clinical practice, she ministers to the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—using worship as a pathway to healing and restoration.
For over 15 years, Lesa has served as a worship leader, creating spaces where people can encounter God and experience renewal. Her journey into mental health advocacy is deeply personal: as a daughter, she witnessed her mother’s battle with depression and borderline personality disorder, and later, as a wife and mother, her perspective deepened when her youngest son was diagnosed with autism. These experiences helped shape her calling to integrate worship, therapy, and encouragement into a ministry of transformation and hope.
